Charred jumbo prawns marinated in a spicy jerk sauce, served over rice with blistered, succulent pineapple and market fresh haricot vert
Grilled lemon pound cake with a squeeze of seared lemon, drizzled with caramel and topped with fresh homemade whipped cream
