Sunday Forum

Sunday, November 6

Join The Rev. Angela Lerena this Sunday for part 2 of "Who is my neighbor?" Building upon last weeks discussion about homelessness in Colorado Springs, and who we consider to be neighbors: hear ideas of how God might be calling you to respond.

Join us on November 6 & 13 as we collect food for Thanksgiving Baskets and grocery gift cards for hungry families in our community. Pick any of the items off our shopping list, or bring a gift card for a family in the D20 School District. CLICK HERE to view the shopping list.

In the past, St. Michael's hosted Thanksgiving Dinner for those who do not have family close with whom to enjoy the holiday. Are you interested in coming to a Thanksgiving Meal at St. Michael’s? People would sign up to bring either a turkey, side dish (vegetable, dressing/stuffing, or salad), or dessert. Beverages would be provided.

If interested, please contact Linda Kean at linda@stmikeschurch.com. If enough are interested, we will schedule for Thanksgiving. Time of the dinner will be determined by those who respond.
