Visiting Campus - Individual Family Tours and Open House
Open House Information
Our annual school Open House will take place on Tuesday, November 29, 2022. Session information:
Morning Session 9:00am-1:00pm
Evening Session 6:00pm-8:00pm
If you would like to attend Open House, you do not have to attend both sessions – only attending either the morning or evening session is necessary.
If you would like to schedule an individual tour for your family, please submit an online inquiry and we will contact you to schedule a tour for your family.
Admissions Process
If you have not yet started your child's application, the application for the 2023 - 2024 school year is available online. The deadline for submitting applications for the 2023 - 2024 school year is Friday, February 3, 2023. Here are some helpful links to complete the process:
St. Cecilia Catholic School Recognized as a 2022 National Blue Ribbon School
In September St. Cecilia Catholic School was recognized by the United States Department of Education as a 2022 National Blue Ribbon School.
St. Cecilia Catholic School was one of 24 private schools in the nation to receive the award in 2022, and identified as an Exemplary High-Performing School by achieving reading and mathematics scores in the top 15% of schools nationwide for 3rd through 8th grades.

We have had a very busy and exciting start to our 2022 - 2023 school year. Here are some highlights:
We began the school year with our annual "Back To School Bash" in August for all of our families.
Our 8th Grade students have attended tours of all the Catholic High Schools in Houston. Our most recent 8th Grade Class of 2022 had a 100% acceptance rate to their first and second choice Catholic High Schools in the spring of 2022.
We had a great Homecoming week in late October full of school spirit and lots of fun events for students and families.
October is the month of the Rosary and when our community celebrates our annual Living Rosary. This is a special tradition at our school in which students represent the beads of the rosary, and five families lead us in each of the five decades of prayer.
The students just completed their participation in both Red Ribbon Week, and Digital Citizenship Week.
Next week is our annual Vocations Awareness week. The students will learn about vocations and praying for those who are considering a vocation.
Our Athletic teams have had a great start to the school year. Both our Volleyball and Soccer teams had successful seasons and both made it to the playoffs with soccer advancing to the semi-final round, and Volleyball making it to the Championship game.
