SPCA WALK FOR PAWS - APR. 29

GVCO Caring Hands support of the Brandywine Valley SPCA Walk 4 Paws event was a HUGE success!

THANK YOU TO:

The many families who volunteered to bake the tons of delicious treats for the bake sale we held at the event in West Goshen Park last Saturday;

And a whole bunch of GVCO Caring Hands student and adult volunteers who showed up to help.

And the many, many doggies who had a fabulous time at the event! The rain generally held off, barely a mist, and turned out to be a wonderful, well attended event. GVCO Caring Hands was once again a sponsor of the event and raised over $300.00 from our bake sale. GREAT JOB EVERYBODY!

SEN. COMITTA SHREDDING EVENT - APR. 29

The rainy weather didn't dampen the spirts nor the success of Senator Carolyn Comitta's Shred & Donate event. Over 13,000 pounds of documents were shredded as the Caring Hands Volunteers worked alongside Senator Comitta's staffers to help with unloading cars and collecting donations.

FLOWERS FOR GREEN MEADOWS REHAB - MAY 6-7

Volunteers are needed to decorate pots and plant flowers in them. Use your creativity to make cards of encouragement for the patients.

Caring Hands is a long time supporter of Green Meadows Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, located next to Paoli Hospital. The flowers and cards are very much appreciated by the patients and staff.
