Middle School Orientation
For ALL current 5th grade parents/guardians

To help parents/guardians prepare for the exciting transition to middle school, North Allegheny School District would like to invite parents/guardians to attend the 5th to 6th Grade Parent Orientation taking place on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.

All 5th-grade families are asked to attend one of two sessions being held that day:
  • Session 1: 9:30 a.m. at Ingomar Middle School
  • Session 2: 6:00 p.m. at Carson Middle School

Both meetings will cover the same information. Parents/guardians can pick a time and location that works best and do not need to attend a session in the building that your student will attend.

The orientation agenda includes:
  • Middle school information including the philosophy, and expectations.
  • Information on the daily schedule, structure, and academics.
  • To address questions about the transition to middle school.

We hope you are able to join us at one of the meetings on May 10th to learn about middle school and the transition to 6th grade.

Join Us For The 8th Annual NA TigerThon!

  • The year-long fundraising campaign culminates on Saturday, May 7th from 5 pm-11 pm with the 8th Annual TigerThon at North Allegheny Senior High School, where attendees play games, enjoy entertainment, fundraise, and reveal the annual fundraising total.
  • The event is open to all ages, toddlers to seniors. For more information, to sign up, donate, or sponsor the event, please visit this website
