On Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend, ProImage received an urgent phone call from The Kingsport (Tennessee) Times-News, owned by Six Rivers Media, LLC. Ransomware had encrypted the entire Virtual SAN infrastructure. With the support of ProImage, a cloud workflow was quickly operational and the newspaper had no problem getting its pages processed and output through its CTP systems.
