We are excited to announce that applications are now OPEN for our annual Investor Readiness Program (IRP)! The IRP presents an exceptional opportunity for BC early-stage small and mid-size enterprises (SMEs) in the life sciences sector to become investor-ready and advance their businesses.

Running from October 2023 to March 2024, the IRP pairs ten selected SMEs with ten experienced entrepreneurs-in-residence (EIRs) who will provide individual coaching and mentorship. Participants will also benefit from educational workshops, goal setting, peer-to-peer feedback, networking opportunities, group meetings, and more. The program culminates in a pitch session to a group of pre-qualified investors. Applications are due July 31. Learn more and apply here.

"The IRP program empowered me with fundraising knowledge and provided me with a safe space to practice my pitch. The best part for me was the connection with my mentor, who continues to offer valuable guidance, unwavering support and encouragement. She has made me a better leader of my company and team."

Chris Tam, Integrated Nanotherapeutics, 2023 IRP Graduate

"The IRP is an extraordinary program. It's inspiring and energizing for the mentors to spend time with bright entrepreneurs with fresh new ideas and a lot of passion. It's also a great opportunity for entrepreneurs to learn from their peers and a wide range of experienced mentors. These relationships continue well beyond the program's completion and can last for many years into the future." – David Helliwell, Thrive Health, Former EIR
