- 3 oz cooked 95% lean ground beef
- 1 light wholewheat English muffin
- 2 pieces lettuce
- 2 slices fresh tomatoes
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1½ cups broccoli slaw, (packaged)
- ½ cup fresh apples, (julienned)
- 1 medium uncooked scallion, (chopped)
- 2 tbsp low-fat vinaigrette salad dressing
- 1 tbsp slivered almonds, (or sliced almonds)
Notes
Serve the burger on a muffin with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, and mustard. Combine slaw, apple, scallion, vinaigrette, and almonds; toss to coat.
