  • 3 oz cooked 95% lean ground beef
  • 1 light wholewheat English muffin
  • 2 pieces lettuce
  • 2 slices fresh tomatoes
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1½ cups broccoli slaw, (packaged)
  • ½ cup fresh apples, (julienned)
  • 1 medium uncooked scallion, (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp low-fat vinaigrette salad dressing
  • 1 tbsp slivered almonds, (or sliced almonds)

Notes
Serve the burger on a muffin with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, and mustard. Combine slaw, apple, scallion, vinaigrette, and almonds; toss to coat.
