What an amazing start to the year! I love seeing all the smiling faces every morning. We have been lucky to have incredible weather to start the Fall season. I hope you have been able to enjoy some fall activities with your family!
We also have gained an new staff member! Parker is CP's therapy dog and are extremely lucky to have Parker call Stoney Creek home!
The staff at Stoney Creek is looking forward to conferences this month. We are hoping for 100% participation. Parent involvement not only enhances academic performance, but it also has a positive influence on student attitude and behavior. A parent's interest and encouragement in a child's education can affect the child's attitude toward school, classroom conduct, self-esteem, absenteeism, and motivation. The partnership between parents and teachers is essential.

This is also an exciting month to celebrate Halloween. More Halloween details will come from your students teacher. If you plan on attending parties this year or volunteering, please make sure you have a volunteer form on file to enter the building. (This includes family member who may be attending events inside SC)
