Canine Genetics Testing Submitters,

As we approach the holiday season, we thank you all for your continued support and business. Additionally, we want to make you aware that we expect significant shipping delays around the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Currently, packages are taking 2-7 business days to get through US Customs before being delivered to our laboratory.

We encourage all submitters to keep a copy of the tracking number assigned to your package so delivery status can be monitored. If you should need assistance locating your package, we are happy to help. Please email the lab at addl@purdue.edu and include the tracking information.
