This month, Dean Nitecki reflects on George H.W. Bush and his support of libraries and information literacy.

During the Libraries' final ScholarSnack event of the fall term, panelists spoke about all things Open Access, responding to questions like, “What exactly is Open Access publishing?” and “How do you find funding to cover OA fees?”

Last month, the Libraries' Communication Manager Stacy Stanislaw traveled to St. Louis, MO, for a 2-day conference designed for library employees involved in marketing, communication, public relations, social media and outreach in libraries.

This month, the Drexel Libraries welcomed leaders from the Open Textbook Network to campus for its first series of workshops on open education resources.

During this online webinar, Drexel faculty and staff will learn about the Open Textbook Library , discover open textbooks, and learn how to write a short review of an existing open textbook from the Open Textbook Library.

This monthly session provides an introduction to locating evidence-based material using resources licensed by the Drexel University Libraries.
