Mukta Arya

Managing Director, Chief Human Resources Officer, APAC, Societe Generale


Mukta is a Human Resources Professional with 25+ years of experience in multiple industries and locations in APAC. Starting her career with Essar group in Mumbai, India, after completing Masters in Management Studies, she worked in Tata TD Waterhouse Securities/Tata TDW Asset Management, before joining Ogilvy and Mather as Talent Head for Mumbai, Advertising. In 2006, she joined Societe Generale in Mumbai as Head of HR for India and has been with them for the last 17+ years. She worked in Hong Kong as Regional Head of Talent Development and Inclusion since 2010 and as Head of HR for SEA for Societe Generale in Singapore for 4 years, before being appointed as the CHRO for Societe Generale, APAC, now based in Hong Kong. She is a Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by International Coaching Federation. She is also a Global Fellow in Talent Management by Wharton University and a Global Talent Management Leader with certification in Diversity and Inclusion, MBTI, FIRO B, Experiential Learning, HR Audit, Competency Mapping and Leadership Development. She is a published author with 4 books till now- Wanton Thoughts, 3:15 PM- Musings in Hong Kong, Whimsical Times and Criss Cross- A Medley of Thoughts. She is based in Hong Kong and is fluent in English and Hindi.


Jose Fung

Executive Director, IED, Morgan Stanley


Jose Fung is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley in IED based in HK. She focuses on Sales and Trading of Asia Pacific Equities and specializes in the marketing of Greater China Investment Products. She joined Morgan Stanley in 2009 and has over 20 years of experience in the Asia brokerage industry. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Jose worked in similar capacities at Goldman Sachs, UBS Warburg, DBS Vickers, and Credit Suisse in Connecticut, New York City, and Singapore. She is married with 2 young children. Jose is from Hong Kong and fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. She graduated from The Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Jose also went to Ying Wa Girl’s School in HK for her secondary school studies. Jose is a CFA charter holder.


Nidhi Kush Shah

Executive Coach, Alchemy Consulting


Nidhi Kush Shah is an Executive Coach, Keynote Speaker, Writer, Mindfulness Teacher, and Entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience in consulting, speaking, and coaching across the world. She has trained and coached hundreds of individuals in the areas of communication skills, strengthening self-confidence and remove imposter-syndrome, removing self-sabotaging thoughts and habits and unlocking highest mindset, increasing their productivity, and becoming more mindful. Her goal is to help her clients achieve their highest career and life goals. Nidhi has worked with a wide range of clients across industries and designations. Her clients include multinational organizations like Christie’s, Royal Bank of Canada, Dechert, EY, Simmons & Simmons, 100 Women in Finance, Mercer Consulting, Morison KSi, Ogilvy & Mather, Pernod Ricard, Peninsula Merchandising Limited, RPC, The Hong Kong Trade and Development Council, The Women’s Foundation, Tory Burch, Kreston International and more. She is a mum of two energetic little kids. Doris Tsui

Head (Policy, Research and Training), Equal Opportunities Commission


Doris has joined the Equal Opportunities Commission (“the EOC”) since 2009. She previously worked in the Complaint Services Division with nine years’ of hands-on knowledge about the anti-discrimination laws and operational experience in investigating and conciliating complaints. She has delivered customized equal opportunities training in both the public and private sectors,target audience includes management team of different companies, NGOs and educational institutions, as well as employees and service users. She currently leads the Policy, Research and Training Division and oversees policy advocacy work, research, training and universal design projects.


Magali Zylberberg

Regional Head of Governance, Risk and Conduct for Compliance, Asia Pacific, Chief Sustainability Officer for Hong Kong, Societe Generale


Magali Zylberberg works for Societe Generale where she is the Regional Head of Governance, Risk and Conduct for Compliance, Asia Pacific as well as Chief Sustainability officer for SGHK Branch. In her mandate, Magali oversees the responsibility for Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Risk Assessment, Policy and Training, ESG and Conduct risks. Throughout her career, Magali held various positions in London, Japan and Hong Kong in the fields of operations, financial control, business development, project management and operational risk. Magali is French but she has spent less than a quarter of her life in France. She has been in Hong Kong for 14 years. She has 4 kids – 3 sons / 1 daughter.


April Cheung

Talent Acquisition Specialist, Societe Generale


April joined as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Societe Generale in 2022 where she focuses on middle office technology and operations recruitment. Prior to joining the firm, she has 7 years of recruitment experience in fintech, banking and retail. April received a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from University of Sydney. She speaks native Cantonese, fluent English and fluent Mandarin.
