SABE 2023

November 5-8

For over 40 years, California students have gathered at the annual Student Advisory Board on Education (SABE) conference to improve our schools. In this 4-day event, they identify critical issues in California's education system and create actionable proposals for the California Board of Education.

SABE delegates also play a pivotal role in selecting the next state Student Board Member of the California Board of Education, who represents millions of students statewide.

This unique opportunity empowers students, including your [school/community group], to impact California's education system directly. It provides a voice in legislation, fosters connections with students from diverse regions, and more. We believe every student deserves a voice in their education—send your [students/members] to our SABE conference!

For any questions, comments, or concerns, feel free to contact the Education Policy Director at sue.oh@casc.net or reply to this email.
