Unbelievable. All our listings are under contract at this time! This is a startling event for us. If you have any thoughts of moving, now is the time to get your property sold and for the highest price you ever imagined.

Open Studio time is available to all art club members on a first come, first served basis on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 AM to 4PM starting on October 4 to November 10. Open studio is located in the Activities Room located near the pool area locker rooms.

Inventory while still quite low has crept up slightly to 11 homes currently on the market. We expect this number to rise as more owners return from summer holidays and reassess their real estate needs. The strong Sellers market has shifted downward ever so slightly probably due to the continued uncertainty in the financial markets and a rise in interest rates. One thing is clear, Buyers are willing to pay top dollar for a move-in-ready home and they are more likely to ignore those homes that are outdated or in need of repairs, unless they can score a significant deal.
