DCA plans to publish drafts of the 2024 QAP in late summer and early fall of 2023. Before publishing drafts, DCA will hold listening sessions to help inform priorities for the 2024 QAP. Listening sessions are an opportunity for members of the public to raise any issues and recommendations related to the topic of the session.
DCA will also provide an overview of key questions and potential policies staff investigate for each case. “General” sessions are not restricted to specific topics. Both Virtual and In-Place Options are available for most sessions.
Earlier this month, OneGeorgia launched the Rural Workforce Housing Initiative. Funding will be made available to assist local communities with housing development to address a shortage of housing stock that impacts the workforce economy.
