Evening of the Arboreta 2023:
Save the Date
It is our pleasure to invite you to this year's Evening of the Arboreta on Friday, August 4th. Our annual fundraiser offers us a chance to toast you, our generous supporters, who enable our work on behalf of Newport's community forest.

On behalf of our generous hosts, Angus and Joanna Davis, and our event co-chairs Dan & Dory Benson, we hope you will join us for cocktails and light fare surrounded by the stunning trees and landscape of Oakwood Arboretum, Newport's first private home to earn arboretum accreditation from ArbNet.

The Commemorative Tree:
A Tribute
A commemorative tree is a wonderful way to memorialize a loved one or celebrate a special event while also contributing to the health and vibrance of Newport’s urban forest.

This fall, the Newport Tree Conservancy will be planting commemorative trees in various locations throughout the city. Once planted, NTC will issue a certificate listing the planting site, tree species, commemoration, and tree sponsor. If you would like to select one of these spots for your own, please secure your commemorative tree today!
