If you have past due water and sewer charges, quarterly fees, or community standard fines on your account, you’ll want to contact us to make payment arrangements or negotiate a payment plan prior to June 1st. On April 20th, CAB approved a collection policy that will be implemented on June 1st.

One highlight of the policy is the free Courtesy Notice that will be provided via email, text message or automated phone call to those who haven’t paid 3-days after the due date. We are confident this reminder will assist those who simply forgot to pay their bill. In addition, the policy offers owners the opportunity to negotiate a payment plan and does incorporate eventual service shut-off for non-payment. We encourage anyone who might be past due to contact our billing agency now to discuss resolving the past due account through payment or payment plan prior to the June 1st implementation.
