JUST RELEASED: 2021 NJHSA Compensation Survey Report

The Network’s Center for Innovation and Research is most pleased to share the findings of the recently completed 2021 NJHSA Compensation Survey Report.

The Compensation Survey reports 2021 salary and related benefit data for CEO positions, as well as other senior level professional staff and also provides salary ranges for common staff positions held in most NJHSA member agencies. The Survey also shares trends on other human resource related policies and provides insights on human resource related training needs identified by NJHSA member agencies.
