Thursday-Vegetarian Wonton

~ Jess is hand making wonton dumplings for this soup, so you are definitely going to want to pick some up for lunch or dinner. This soup will be loaded with fresh veggies, sweet yet savory flavors, and tender veggie filled wontons. The perfect warm spring day soup. It will fill you up but not leave you feeling heavy.





Friday- Shrimp Lo-Mein

~ We are all pretty excited about this meal. It has been a long while since Jess made Lo-Mein, and she never ceases to amaze me how she can pinpoint so many different types of culture in her cooking. She does not disappoint with this meal. Perfectly cooked veggies, tender noodles, and soy garlic shrimp, all tossed together for an addicting meal. Dinner is done.





Saturday- Quiche
