Sound Journey at Elk Rapids Yoga Flow

Thursday, January 11, 2024, 6 - 7:30 pm

Want to enjoy an experience where sound can be used to transport you to a dream-like state of vibrational healing?

Tune out the outside world and turn inward through a combination of breathwork, meditation, and guided relaxation. There is nothing for you to do, just be.

With the use of instruments like chakra and alchemy crystal singing bowls, steel tongue drums, and percussive instruments, the sound journey will quiet your mind as the vibrations resonate in your body further blurring the boundaries of being awake and being asleep.

Think of it as a full-body sound massage where you'll be in deep rest, cleansing, healing, and harmonizing on all levels.

Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and bring any extra blankets or pillows so that you can be extra cozy.

Price: $25. Space is limited. Please register in advance to save your spot.

Grab your friends and join us on Taco Tuesdays!

Each week in January, starting on January 9th, from 5-7 pm in the parish hall, we will be hosting a fun gathering that includes a delicious meal of either 3 chicken or beef tacos, or 1 wet chicken or beef burrito meal, complete with beans, rice, chips, and salsa! Meals are available for dine-in or take-out.

“We want to provide an affordable, fun, and delicious mid-week treat and opportunity for people to come together during an otherwise quiet time of year,” John Mischel, Sacred Heart Outreach Committee member, said. “Our chef, Elaine Vasquez, had the idea. She has a strong background in creating exquisite Mexican cuisine,
