Save the Date for 4-H Camping at the Fair!

4-H camping for the Arapahoe County Fair will go live on June 22, 2022 at 10 a.m. Make your reservation here: https://www.arapahoecountyfair.com/p/pages/2022-4h-camping.

Campers will select their own site on the interactive registration map. Campsite reservations are limited to (2) spaces per applicant.  Campsites are available starting Saturday, July 23, 2022, until Sunday, July 31, 2022. Campsites are $30 and will be available on a first come, first serve basis, so be sure to act fast! There are 62 spots available. Once they all sell out, no exceptions or changes will be made. We have included the maximum number of spots available, and we do not have space to add additional spots.

NEW FOR 2022: Please note that camping registration will include a verification process to ensure that only 4-H families are reserving camping spaces. When you register for camping, please have your FairEntry invoice number ready to go. You can find your invoice number on the confirmation email from FairEntry. You can also email Jean Walton to receive your invoice number. Please have your invoice number ready to go when you reserve your camping spots to avoid delays.

Due to the new verification process, after you reserve your camping spot, staff will cross-check the FairEntry invoices to the camping reservations. You will receive a confirmation of your camping reservation from us before July 1st If your information is not approved, you will receive a refund.

There will be access to a shower trailer and portable toilets onsite as well as a dumpster for your trash. We are excited to host you and look forward to getting back to good ol’ fashioned fun! For questions on your FairEntry invoice number, please email Jean Walton at jwalton@arapahoegov.com. For more questions on registering a camping spot please contact Lexy Kingsbaker at lkingsbaker@arapahoegov.com.
