Did you know that the 2023 GradSERU survey revealed international graduate students at the University of Maryland reported higher rates of food insecurity than their domestic peers? Let’s come together to address this important issue.

Join ISSS for International Coffee Hour on November 7 and 14 to support the UMD Campus Pantry. We invite you to bring a non-perishable food item or personal hygiene product to help those in need.

From Nov. 18 - 22, Maryland will join education institutions across the U.S. and around the world in celebrating International Education Week 2024 (IEW). IEW provides a platform to celebrate the international diversity and global collaboration that contribute to our university's vibrancy and excellence. It is also a chance to acknowledge the importance of equitable access to international education and global learning opportunities--a global education for all--in Maryland's response to the grand challenges of our time. See our full calendar of #IEW2024 events here.
