Fourth of July Sea Pines Event Parking and Transportation Information
Join the festivities in Harbour Town for a fireworks extravaganza that will light up the sky over the famous Harbour Town Lighthouse and Calibogue Sound. Enjoy food, fun and live music. Fireworks will be at approximately 9:00 pm.

  • The parking lot adjacent to the Harbour Town Lighthouse will be closed for the day, but access to the Harbour Town Yacht Club private parking lot will still be available
  • At approximately 6:00 pm, security will staff the intersections leading into Harbour Town: Greenwood Drive & Plantation Drive, Plantation Drive & Lighthouse Road, Lighthouse Road & Lighthouse Lane
  • Daily gate pass vehicles are directed to park in designated lots along Greenwood Drive
  • As Harbour Town fills, all persons other than persons living or staying in the area, persons on lists for functions inside the Harbour Town area, or guests of the Inn & Club at Harbour Town, Harbour Town Golf Links, Sea Pines Racquet Club or guests with reservations at Links, The Quarterdeck, CQ’s, Crazy Crab, or on boat cruises are directed to the parking lot where the buses are loading. Please understand that vehicle access to Harbour Town is still based on availability
  • It will be very busy after the fireworks and we appreciate everyone’s patience

Harbour Town Park and Ride Buses

  • 3:00 - 11:00 pm
  • Motor coach buses handle the route instead of a Sea Pines Trolley
  • Passengers will be dropped off in front of the Harbour Town Yacht Club. The line for return transportation will begin in the same area and continue towards Harbour Town Christmas.
  • Staff will be on hand to assist with loading buses after the fireworks
  • After the fireworks, the line will start near the Harbour Town Surf Shop
  • The breezeways between the shops will be closed after the fireworks
  • After the fireworks buses will drop off guests at various locations in each parking lot along Greenwood Drive

Fourth of July Sea Pines Trolley Schedule

Blue Route 
                      
  • 9:00 am - 12:00 am
  • This trolley will run the Blue route: The Shops at Sea Pines Center, Sea Pines Beach Club, Plantation Golf Club, and Plantation Club Villas; but not Harbour Town Pool or Racquet Club Villas
  • Drop-off and pickup in Harbour Town will be next to the Harbour Town Playground instead of the loop at the Harbour Town Yacht Club
  • Staff will be on hand after the fireworks to assist with loading
 
Green Route  
   
  • 10:00 am - 12:00 am
  • This trolley will run the Green route: South Beach, The Shops at Sea Pines Center, Harbour Town
  • Drop-off and pickup in Harbour Town will be next to the Harbour Town Playground instead of the loop at the Harbour Town Yacht Club
  • Staff will be on hand after the fireworks to assist with loading

New Beach Access Pathway Under Construction at Beach Marker #4

Construction on the concrete paver pathway from the leisure trail to the newly built beach boardwalk at beach maker #4 is in progress and will continue through next week, weather permitting.
Spartina Court Vehicular Bridge Railing Replacement Project Rescheduled To Next Week

The wooden bridge railings on the Spartina Court vehicular bridge are in need of replacement. The project work has been rescheduled to begin the week of June 20th and will take 1-2 weeks, weather permitting. The bridge will remain open during the reconstruction.

Sea Pines CSA Mosquito Treatment

Our next mosquito treatment will take place on Monday, June 20th during overnight hours, weather permitting.
Tree Care Management

Roadway tree trimming on North Sea Pines Drive near the Beach Lagoon area will begin next week, weather permitting.
Stormwater Repair
 
Drainage pipe end cleaning near 64 Heritage Road is in progress and will continue through next week, weather permitting.
Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Services: Sign Shop and Maintenance

The shop staff provides service for 6,000 signs throughout the community. Damaged signs and posts are repaired and replaced from wear, accidents and vandalism. Directional and advanced warning signs are routinely added to improve public safety.

2022 Sea Pines CSA Board of Director Election Information
 
Three “Class A” Residential Directors Board seats and One “Class B” Commercial Director Board seat will become available on January 1st, 2023.

  • November 1, 2022: Sea Pines CSA Board of Director Election Ballots Sent to CSA Members
  • December 1, 2022: Ballots must be received by December 1, 2022, to be valid

Land Use Rules and Regulations: Property Appearance Reminders
  • Mailboxes and mailbox posts shall be properly labeled and maintained in good repair. Click here to submit a request online for a new mailbox, post, or nameplate.  

  • Roofs, gutters, driveways, and other hard surfaces shall be cleared of pine straw and other vegetative debris with reasonable frequency so that there is no accumulated buildup.

  • For security and aesthetic reasons, garage doors should be kept closed when not actively in use.

  • Bright exterior lighting (ARB approval required) may not be left on for extended periods, and/or after 10 pm. In no case shall they shine into a neighbor’s residence or property.

Explore The Sea Pines Forest Preserve – "Sea Pines Shell Ring, a Walk Back in Time" Event
Friday, June 24th from 9:00 – 10:30 AM at Shell Ring in the Sea Pines Forest Preserve (park at Fish Island)

Limit: 50 attendees. Click here to register for a free ticket.

Participants will be treated to an overview of shell rings plus new insights gleaned from archaeological work conducted by Dr. Matthew C. Sanger and his team at the Sea Pines Shell Ring from 2015 to 2019.

Shell Ring History: The Sea Pines Shell Ring is roughly 4,000 years old and is on the National Register of Historical Places. It is 1 of approximately 50 currently known to exist and is one of the best preserved.
