My family and I moved here in March 1992 during spring break. Our first official "San Antonio" experience was a trip to the San Antonio Botanical Garden. We fell in love with the beautiful gardens and became members on the spot.

Over the past 31 years, the Garden has figured prominently in our family outings. We have participated in the Children’s Vegetable Garden, volunteered, been there on field trips, wandered and wondered at Lightscape, had photo shoots of all the grandchildren, and been part of Storytime in the Garden!

The Garden IS our happy place!
