effective immediately: new income and purchase price limits

Income Limits

CHFA has updated income limits for its CHFA SmartStepsm, CHFA FirstStepsm, CHFA SectionEightsm Homeownership, and CHFA HomeAccesssm Programs.

The new income limits are effective for new loan locks made on or after June 13, 2022.

Please note, the income limits for CHFA Preferredsm and CHFA Preferredsm Very Low Income Programs have not changed. It is anticipated revised income limits on these programs will be available in late summer.

Purchase Price Limits

CHFA has updated its purchase price limits for the CHFA FirstStep and CHFA HomeAccess Programs, as these are the only programs with purchase price limits.

The new purchase price limits are effective for new loan locks made on or after June 13, 2022.

Please refer to the applicable program matrix for the maximum total mortgage loan amount.
