PTSA NEWS
MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

October flew by like a flash to me as I think it did for most people. The rain is a welcome change for most of us except the students, of course. I had one student tell me “when it rains, we can’t hang out”—any sympathy there? So as we start November, please be reminded that only 85 families have given a donation to the ISPTSA. Last week I mentioned that we have a $150,000 budget, we count on donations for this income to our budget so, with over 200 families at IS, even a $25 donation will make a difference. Our fundraiser committee works hard to meet the goal, please donate today so we can provide all the wonderful additional curricula offered by our teaching staff for every student at every grade. Let's use the saying “when it rains it pours” for our donations too.

Thank you,
RAISE THE TORCH FOR IS—LAST DAY

Our annual fall Raise the Torch fundraiser closes TODAY, October 31. Help us reach and beat our fundraising goals. We are currently 86% of the way to our goal! Thank you to the families that have already provided support to International School. Please join them in providing funds to enhance the school curriculum, support student activities, and build community. Consider supporting as a Titan Torch ($1000), Gold ($500), Silver ($250), Bronze ($100) or provide a level of support that works for you. All donations are tax-deductible. Click this link to donate or send funds using Zelle (Account: treasurer2@isptsa.org). Click here for a flyer. Questions? Email Emilie Castle and Phil Bloch, VPs of Fundraising.
