Oh my... we are in November and this year is quickly coming to an end. I hope your year has been wonderful and that you have felt cared for and I also hope that 2025 is absolutely amazing for you.

I know I must sound like a broken record... but, the cafe will be reopening soon! It's been one hurdle after another. The store area has been moved to the main lobby and the cafe space is ready for Fruitful Juice Bar to come in. Things are shifting into place and we are all very excited. We were hoping to do a Fall Fest open house to celebrate the opening, but it looks like we will do a New Year Celebration instead. Please keep an eye out for a soft opening of the cafe soon and come in to show support.
Also, we have a new massage therapist named Maria coming on board! She offers deep tissue massage and manual lymphatic drainage. We are working out her availability and will announce her soon. She does have a few days opened already, so call in or email us if you are looking for an appointment. Her bio will be available soon along with online scheduling.

A Yoga Nidra Meditation for Releasing Grief and Embracing Self Love

Yoga Nidrā can literally be translated from Sanskrit as "Yogic sleep" and it is a powerful relaxation method sourced from ancient yogic practices. This process induces a deep state of relaxation where practitioners remain awake but flow through a transitional space between wakefulness and sleep. During this this flow state, there will be an opportunity for creating a new life narrative. Reframing our life story allows us to consider an alternative perspective of life experiences, while at the same time provides space for letting go of the fears of yesterday, worries of tomorrow, and appreciate the here and now. This meditation was purposely designed to transform the heart chakra, release sadness and grief, and to make room for self- compassion and the love you deserve.
Please Note: During the meditation, whether you plan to lie down or sit in a chair, your comfort is of utmost importance. Please bring whatever props you need to feel cozy, comfortable and supported. Consider bringing a yoga mat, eye pillow, blanket(s), support pillows and, if desired a comfort item. A small journal will be provided for reflection following the meditation. Namaste

Restorative Sound Bath

Finding ways to be still and quiet our minds may be challenging. A sound bath can be an easy introduction to meditation as the vibrations provide an opportunity for the body to relax and allow the mind to calm. Singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other instruments are used to create vibrations that affect the energy within the body. The relaxing environment allows participants to rest and restore their connection to themselves.
