About the Program

This program will address when a work visa is required and how to structure them for creatives. Panelists will discuss different types of visas and speak from experience about unique situations clients have faced. The audience will learn how to spot issues that are easy to miss and gain an understanding of short- and long-term consequences.

This program is presented by the Entertainment Law section, chaired by John R. Baldivia and Matthew Hobbs, and co-hosted by the Immigration Law section, co-chaired by Maggie Stewart and Joann Litt. Find out more about the sections at www.bhba.org.
