Three Class "A” Residential Directors Board seats and One Class "B” Commercial Director Board seat will become available on January 1st, 2024.

Overdue 2023 Sea Pines CSA Annual Assessment Notices
As of Wednesday, July 5, 2023, suspension of guest and rental pass privileges is underway for property owners who have not paid their 2023 Annual Assessment. Notices were sent on July 10th to those property owners who have an overdue balance on their account to the primary email address on record with Sea Pines CSA and mailed to those property owners who do not have a primary email address on file. Please check your Spam or Junk folders for an email from csaassessmentbilling@csaseapines.com.
To pay your assessment online, click here. For questions, or if you need a copy of your invoice, please contact our Finance Department by email at traceym@csaseapines.com.
We sincerely appreciate all property owners who have remitted payments in a timely manner.

Hilton Head Island Beach Regulation Reminders
- No alcohol (liquor), beer or wine.
- No dogs or other animals are allowed on the beach between 10 am & 5 pm, starting the Friday before Memorial Day thru Labor Day.
- No shovels made of materials other than wood and/or plastic; the shovels must be less than 30”(L) and 6”(W).

No holes greater than 12” deep. Please fill in holes before you leave. This helps protect our beach visitors from getting injured if they step in a hole and our sea turtles from getting trapped or injured if they fall in a hole.
- No tents, towels, chairs, coolers or other personal belongings should be left overnight.
- Harming, harassing or removing any live beach fauna (sea turtles, birds, or their eggs; sand dollars, conchs, starfish, etc.)

Roadway Survey Work In Progress

Harbour Town Area: Survey work for future stormwater infrastructure and roadway repairs in the Harbour Town area (Lighthouse Lane, Windjammer Court, Mizzenmast Lane and Court, Spinnaker Court) is in progress. This work will take approximately 2-3 more weeks to complete, weather permitting. Underground utilities will be marked as part of the survey work. Traffic impacts are not expected.

Sea Pines Drive: Survey crews are on site along Sea Pines Drive, from Lighthouse Road to Baynard Cove Road, including Wagon Road. This work will take approximately 2-3 more weeks to complete, weather permitting.

Sea Pines CSA Seasonal Mosquito Treatment
Our next mosquito treatment will take place on Monday, July 24th during overnight hours, weather permitting.
Stormwater Maintenance & Repairs

Ditch Cleanout: Ditch cleanout near 10 Windjammer Court is in progress and will continue into next week. Once complete, ditch cleanout near 62 Club Course Drive will begin.

Catch Basin Cleaning: Catch basin cleaning in this area is in progress and will continue into next week followed by Stoney Creek Road, Twin Pines Court, and Calibogue Cay.
Tree Care Management
Roadside tree trimming will be conducted next week along Red Oak Road and Harleston Green Road.

Mulch Delivery Service
The Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Department processes over 6,000 yards of mulch annually. That mulch is available to Sea Pines Property Owners by request. To place a mulch delivery order online, please click here.

Yard Debris and Sea Pines CSA Debris Pickup Site Reminders
Roofs, gutters, driveways, and other hard surfaces shall be cleared of pine straw and other vegetative debris with reasonable frequency so that there is no accumulated buildup.

Sea Pines CSA neighborhood debris pickup sites is a service provided for use by Owners or Tenants only (not for use by commercial contractors), for debris that Owners or Tenants collect from their Property.
- Permitted items in the debris drop off sites include palm fronds, leaves, sticks, small trees, branches, and other vegetative debris. (Tree trunks or branches must be under 6 inches in diameter). Debris left at pickup locations shall not be bagged.

The dumping of trash or garbage of any kind, such as paper, plastic, metal, concrete, building materials, food waste, or pet waste is strictly prohibited. Inappropriate disposal is a violation of law regarding littering, garbage, and trash, and/or health and sanitation and subject the Owner to fines.

South Island Public Service District Potable Drinking Water Pipeline Upgrade Project
SIPSD, the utility company providing water and wastewater services in Sea Pines, has begun their major infrastructure upgrade and replacement project to their potable water drinking line from Dunnagans Alley to Baynard Park Road, inside of Sea Pines.
SIPSD has provided the following project update:

SIPSD Water Line installation is in progress along Plantation Drive in proximity to to Lawton Stables, weather permitting. Please use caution while driving in this area.

Deep Well Community Donation Event
A Deep Well Donation Drop-off event is scheduled at the Sea Pines Community Center Parking Lot (71 Lighthouse Road) on Friday, July 14th, from 9:00-11:00 AM.
Most Needed Items:
