  • Are you drinking enough water?
  • Do you get headaches?
  • Have you checked if you are alkaline or acidic?

  • Maybe it's obvious...drink water!
  • It is recommended to drink 50% of our body weight in ounces. So if you weigh 200lbs you should drink 100oz in water. This is approximately 12 glasses of water a day.
  • If you find you have an acidic body through ph level testing then drink lemon or lime in hot water every day.
