Shoals Manufacturers' Association Annual Dinner!

We had an incredible evening at the Shoals Manufacturers' Association Annual Dinner earlier this month! Hosted at the charming Up Late at The Vivian Theatre and catered by the fantastic Fourth Planet BBQ, it was a night of delicious food, networking, and celebrating the strength and innovation of our local manufacturing community. Here's to continued growth and collaboration in the Shoals!

UNA Computing & Mathematics Building Ribbon Cutting!

This month, we proudly celebrated the Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening of the University of North Alabama's state-of-the-art Computing and Mathematics Building!

This facility embodies UNA's commitment to academic excellence and reinforces its role as Alabama's Workforce Development University. Housing all Computing programs in the CSIS Department and the Department of Mathematics, this project is a result of funding from the State of Alabama, the Shoals Industrial Development Committee, and the City of Florence. With this expansion, UNA is set to double the size of its computing programs and the number of graduates, working closely with industry partners to meet the growing regional demand for technology professionals.

We're honored to support this transformative project and thrilled to see students already thriving in this innovative learning environment.
