Dear Friends and Colleagues,
I am pleased to share some of the outstanding achievements by PVAMU faculty and students in research, innovation, and outreach in this newsletter. I welcome faculty, staff, administrators, graduate students, undergraduate researchers, industrial and corporate partners, entrepreneurs, business delegates, and regional economic development leaders to attend the Prairie View A&M University’s (PVAMU) 2022 Research and Innovation Week (R&I Week) from April 4 through 8, 2022. Our theme for this year is “Ready. Set. Connect”.
The Research and Innovation Week will share insight into PVAMU's recent research and innovations, which are garnering immense interests for the exuberant presence of brilliant faculty researchers, business delegates, and talented student communities. The Research and Innovation Week will bring together research scholars to present and exchange breakthrough ideas across disciplines. I am pleased to note that faculty and students' presentations from the Colleges of Agriculture and Human Sciences, Arts and Sciences, Education, Engineering, Business, Juvenile Justice, Nursing, and School of Architecture will take place during the R&I week. I am also delighted to launch Industry Day during R&I Week to highlight PVAMU's industry and corporate partnerships.
