Ernesto Sirolli, the founder of The Sirolli Institute, coined an insight he calls the Trinity of Management, where every successful entrepreneurial venture must have passionate and capable team members in three key areas. The first is the ability to produce a good or service that consumers want. Second, is the ability to market those goods or services to reach potential consumers. Finally, is the ability to manage the venture and particularly finances. Few entrepreneurs have sufficient passion and robust capability in all three areas. Networking entrepreneurs to relevant assistance and resources must occur for successful ventures and positive economic development impacts.
