Pool Reminders

  • Supervision: Please remember that a chaperone must accompany children under 16. The pool is a swim at your own risk pool; there are no monitors or lifeguards on duty.
  • Toys: Hard balls/toys such as footballs/rugby balls/volleyballs etc., are not permitted in the pool. Soft pool toys are acceptable.
  • Safety: No one should be on or in the planter by the waterfall. Anyone found running, jumping, or climbing around that area will be removed from the pool for the day. We don't want any injuries in or around the pool.
  • Access Cards: We discovered a system error, and some access cards were deactivated. We believe that we have all cards re-entered; however, if you experience any issues, please get in touch with the management team.
  • Spin Bikes: The spin bikes in the amenity center are for resident use. They are not toys and are not intended for children. Please do not allow children under age 14 on spin bikes.
  • Pool Furniture and Umbrellas: Pool furniture is not permitted in the pool. The footers can scratch the pool surface causing extensive damage. We had ten umbrellas, and all of them are now broken. We are looking and budgeting for a more durable shade solution that can withstand the wind.
Community Standards
Do you or someone you know in the community have a beautifully manicured lawn?

We are excited to announce a Yard of the Month program Sponsored by Sarah Naylor with Keller Williams.

What should you be looking for when submitting a yard? It's more than just mowing the lawn. Check out the More Info / Program Criteria link below.

Each month residents can submit their vote for the best-looking yard in the community. The winner will have a Yard of the Month sign display for up to 5 days and receive a gift basket from Sarah. You may begin voting for June now. The winner will be announced on July 8.

We know that you all enjoyed the Slide into Summer event! We will post some photos soon.

The Fitness Through Freedom Event was a blast! We had over 100 participants. Some did the 1k while others did the 5k. We had about 15-18 participants complete the "Murph" Challenge.
All of the participants did an amazing job.

As a community, we raised $278.00 for Weekends with Warriors through t-shirt sales, water sales, and cash donations. Several participants also made donations directly to Weekends with Warriors. We are so proud of everyone coming together and giving back.

A special Thank you to residents Ryan Hafner and AJ Jaramillo for bringing this event to us and helping make it a success. We are already planning next year's event.
