Our Unsung Heroes: Feeding Local Families

In a world where acts of kindness often go unnoticed, JFS would like to recognize a special couple who donates kosher groceries each month to our Kosher Food Pantries. For local kosher families, it is challenging to find nutrition assistance.

For over a year, Iris and her husband Rabbi Dan have been committed to helping the community through donations to JFS' Kosher Food Pantries. Each month, Iris carefully selects and purchases kosher groceries, ensuring that local families in need have nutritious kosher food. Her commitment goes beyond just providing sustenance; it is an affirmation of her deep understanding and empathy toward the challenges faced by these families.

Please join us in thanking our unsung heroes, Iris and Rabbi Dan for their invaluable contributions. Their compassion and dedication as volunteer shoppers are making a profound difference in the lives of our neighbors in need.

JFS’ Kosher Food Pantries serve all residents in Middlesex County in need of food assistance; special dietary requirements can be accommodated. To support JFS' Kosher Food Pantries, encourage your group to hold a food drive or make a monetary donation online. No amount is too small to make an impact in a local family's life. Thank you for your support!
