Congratulation to St. Dunstan of Canterbury’s parish

for hosting the “Issues of Aging”

On Tuesday 2 May, St. Dunstan of Canterbury’s parish hosted a special presentation to benefit FaithWorks on the “Issues of Aging” with Dr. Emmanuel Persad. The presentation explored the nature and experience of aging. 85 people attended the presentation and enjoyed the refreshments served afterwards by the parish.

Congratulations

to everyone involved in organizing this informative evening.

Congratulation to

St. Martin in-the-Fields' parish's

Walk-a-thon for FaithWorks

Despite the clouds, the rain held off for St. Martin in-the-Field’s walk-a-thon for FaithWorks that was held on Sunday 11 June. Over a dozen people of all ages participated, many for the first time.

With all of the precipitation, the vegetation was a lush backdrop for an enjoyable walk. It started at Hanlan’s Point and ended 5 kilometres away at Ward’s Island with a stop at St. Andrew’s by-the-Lake for prayer and a picnic.

Of course, ice cream was a must before taking the ferry back to the city.

Congratulation to everyone

who helped organize and who participated in this enjoyable day!
