The Clock is Ticking on Open Enrollment!
April 17, 2023 - May 12, 2023
Benefits Open Enrollment for the 2023-2024 Plan Year is now more than halfway through! Thank you to everyone who has already completed the enrollment process. A reminder that the deadline is Friday, May 12, at 11:59 p.m. If you haven't already enrolled, here's what you need to know.

Pinal County is having a passive enrollment this plan year. That means that you do not have to log in and submit your elections. You may decide to simply allow your current elections to continue as they are.
However, please be aware of the following items if that is your choice:

  • If you do not complete the enrollment process actively, plans, including your FSA, HSA, Limited Purpose FSA, and Dependent Care Accounts, will not continue. This is due to IRS requirements that all participants actively enroll
  • The County cannot contribute funds to your FSA, HSA, or Limited Purpose HSA unless you elect these plans actively
  • If you have purchased additional life insurance policies, rate changes may occur due to age increases

Click below to view the 2023-24 Benefits Guide or to visit the County's Open Enrollment Website, where you will find videos with more information on the various benefits offered.

How to Enroll
You have two options of ways to enroll - either with the assistance of an American Fidelity representative who can share further details of plan offerings and assist with the enrollment process, or by self-enrolling.

Representatives are available, either in person or virtually, Monday through Friday. Click below to look for and book an appointment. This week, representatives will be available in Florence at the 1891 Courthouse, County Attorney's Office, PCSO, and Building E, as well as in Oracle.

If you would prefer to self-enroll, click the button below. You will be asked to enter your PIN - if you have not previously changed it, the number will be the last 4 of your Social Security Number and the last two of your year of birth. So if you were born in 1950 and the last 4 of your SSN is 4567, your pin is 456750. There is also the option to select 'Forgot Pin' in order to reset it.
Our prize winners for the first two weeks, each taking home a $50 gift card courtesy of Amercian Fidelity, are Glenn Bak, Krystal Villar, Stacie Blackburn, Patricia Arseneau, Natalie Waardenburg, Deanna Squires, and Christina Manfredi. A reminder that all those who complete their enrollment in this way will be entered into a drawing for ONE of TEN $50 gift cards, and a a Bose SoundLink Mini II Speaker.
