May Mindfulness Fitness Challenge


In this month-long challenge, we will incorporate basic mindfulness every day in a bite-size manner. We encourage you to participate for at least 7 of the 31 days, and if you can, make mindfulness a daily practice!

 Instructor Highlight – Lilly Murphy

Meet Lilly, one of CHF's amazing private Pilates instructors. Lilly loves gardening and has a green thumb. She even grows fruits and veggies in her backyard. Lilly enjoys picking and cooking fresh produce. Chihuahuas and Golden Retrievers hold a special place in her heart. She also has a red-eared slider turtle. Indian food is her favorite because it's spicy, rich and flavorful. Lilly would take a tropical beach over mountains any day!
