World ATM Congress Begins in 12 Days!
Attention Registrants Unvaccinated Against COVID-19:
ALL registrants unvaccinated against COVID-19, OR those who have selected “prefer not to answer”during the registration process, will be sent an upload link approximately one week before World ATM Congress. A negative test result taken no more than 72 hours prior to your arrival at World ATM Congress will be required before collecting your badge onsite.
Bulk Badge Pick Up
Exhibit stand staff don't need to wait in line for their badges! Exhibit stand POC’s can schedule a date and time to pick up all or some of your company's badges. Have your exhibit stand POC check their inbox for an email inviting them to schedule an appointment for bulk badge pick up now.
 
"Scan & Go" Check-In
Look out for a Scan & Go email with a QR code which is required to check in. Use your mobile device or a printed copy of the email. If your exhibit stand POC has scheduled a bulk badge pickup, you will not receive this email.

Emergency Aisles in the Hall

EXHIBITORS: To remain in compliance with IFEMA safety regulations, the corridors and all other evacuation routes must remain unobstructed at all times, including during assembly and dismantling periods. All material must be kept within the confines of the assembly areas or stands, leaving the aisles and other common areas completely clear. There will be active monitoring of the emergency aisles during assembly and dismantle, and any materials that are not in compliance may be moved at the discretion of WATM, DSV, or IFEMA.

Don't forget to check/update your Exhibitor Profile in the Exhibitor Zone. Your Exhibitor Profile on the World ATM Congress Exhibitor List can be reviewed and updated until the end of the event, but attendees are already looking for your info!

When attendees click on your company profile on the Exhibitor List, they can see what you've included (or did not include) on your Exhibitor Profile in the Exhibitor Zone. Don't let this marketing tool go to waste!
A Few Education Theatre Presentation Slots Are Still Open

A few presentation slots are still available in the Wing ATM Theatre and the Tower Theatre! Learn more about education theatre reservations and view the available time slots HERE.
Upcoming Theatre Deadlines:
  • Thursday, 9 June (optional): PowerPoint presentations and supporting documents for all theatres are due in pdf form for inclusion on our website.
  • Tuesday, 21 June – Thursday, 23 June: All speakers are responsible for bringing their presentations 10 minutes prior to their assigned slot time.  
Advance Payment Is Required For:

  • Meeting rooms: no keys until payment is made.
  • Exhibit space: exhibitors will not be granted access to the exhibit hall until all outstanding balances have been paid or resolved with IFEMA MADRID or the World ATM Congress. If you have any questions regarding your invoice, please contact Sandra Strickland or Ashley Haskins.
  • Sponsorships fees due upon contract: no benefits start until payment is made.
  • Presentations: your slot will be released if payment is not made within 10 days of invoice receipt.
  • Early move-in: your move-in time will not be confirmed until payment is made.
