This year, IFMA Seattle is excited to offer more exciting building tours, happy hours, lunch and learns, and volunteer opportunities to our members. Tours will include: the Amazon Spheres, FunCo, and Cedar Grove, among others. We will also be diversifying the location of events to include some in the North and South ends to better serve you. Be sure to check our website regularly for news, as we are in the process of updating it with new events, pictures, and news tailored to our members.

Seattle Energy Benchmarking-2016 Building Performance Data Now Online
The City of Seattle has published 2016 building-level and aggregated energy performance data for over 3,300 properties reporting data through Seattle's Energy Benchmarking program. The data set is available through City of Seattle's Open Data Program here .
 
The online mapping tool will be updated with 2016 data in April. Visit www.seattle.gov/energybenchmarking for program news and data transparency updates. 

Seattle Building Tune-Ups-Large Buildings Can Now Submit Alternative Compliance Request Forms

Alternative compliance, single-round waiver, and one-year extension request forms are available online for buildings 200,000 square feet or larger. All requests are due September 4, 2018 for these buildings. Review Seattle Building Tune-Up handouts for more information on the alternative compliance pathways or the   extensions and waivers

For buildings 200,000 square feet or larger not seeking alternative compliance, the Tune-Up assessment, required corrections, and summary report must be completed and submitted to City of Seattle by March 1, 2019.
