Off Season Weight Lifting/Conditioning
All Student Athletes who are interested in playing football for the 2020 season are encouraged to attend off season workouts.
SPRING Workouts (March-June)
Starting March 2, Football Off Season Workouts will move to
5:45am.
Starting MARCH 2, 2020
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
5:45am-6:45am Conditioning/Weight Room workouts at BHS
players should meet in the weight room
