Giving Tuesday is today At its core, #GivingTuesday is about giving back to what you care most deeply about, and we know that ensuring equal access to legal aid is of deep importance to you.
When you renew your support, you will make it possible for our attorneys and volunteers to assist low-income residents in tackling legal issues that threaten their health, safety, and economic well-being, in Bucks, Chester, Delaware & Montgomery counties.
Let’s look at what your support helped us accomplish this past year:

Through your support during the 2022-23 fiscal year, LASP was able to handle 10,925 cases that benefited 20,313 adults and children!

LASP obtained 689 protection orders that increased the safety for more than 1,600 adults and children who experienced violence at home.

We preserved housing for 1,047 adults and children.

Our Veterans Advocacy Project obtained benefits for homeless Veterans that increased their estimated lifetime income by more than $7 million.

We cleared 187 records through expungement, sealing, or pardons, removing a very significant barrier to a good job, education, and housing.

We obtained benefits for adult clients with disabilities and increased their estimated lifetime income by $6.1 million.
