We all need a little luck of the Irish...it's a tough market for buyers. Not impossible, please don't get so discouraged you stop trying to get your dream home... just know how to play the game.

It's very important to have a realistic expectation. Listing price... in most situations, is simply a starting point. Maybe it's a good idea to shop for homes at the lower end of your price range, knowing it will take your high end to get the deal done.

If no other homes came on the market - we would be out of inventory in less than a month!
