How to fix the Badge Icon, it isn’t updating when a user clears out the notifications:
To correct this, please remove the BrokerBay Mobile App from your iCloud entirely. This will reset the application cache & cookies on your device to allow for the notifications count to display accurately.
Please refer to the below steps on how to do this:
1. Delete the BrokerBay Mobile App from your device.
2. Navigate the App Store and select on your profile (top right).
3. Tap "Purchases" and locate BrokerBay.
4. Tap & hold the BrokerBay App to bring up the "quick menu".
5. Tap "Delete/Hide".
Upon completing the above steps, please re-install the BrokerBay App. This should rectify the inaccurate notification display.
How often/frequent are the auto messages to remind someone to confirm a pending showing?
Listing agent: Send Appointment Reminder (every 2 hours from 7:00 through 22:00)
Showing agent: Send Appointment Coop Reminder (runs every 15mins e.g. :15, :30, :45, :60 )

If appointment time is within 6 hours from the booking time ( < booking time + 6 hours), the reminder will be sent out 1 hour before appointment time

If appointment time is after 6 hours from the booking time ( > booking time + 6 hours), the reminder will be sent out 2 hours before appointment time + 1 hour before appointment time
