EXCLUSIVE REPORT: Moreno Valley has a brand-new park!


Moreno Valley unveiled Windsong Park, the newest jewel in our collection of city parks. The dedication ceremony, attended by the Mayor and City Council, was held on August 29, and marked the opening of Moreno Valley’s 36th park.


Now that it's officially open, we invite you to bring the family and check out the beautiful amenities that the park has to offer, including two new playgrounds, a walking path with four exercise stations, and two shaded picnic shelters.


Windsong Park is located at 13970 Azure Street, Moreno Valley, CA 92555.

El Grito: More to Adore in 2024!

Celebrate Mexican Independence Day and Hispanic Heritage Month during the annual El Grito de Independencia celebration on Sunday, September 15 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Civic Center Amphitheater.

 

El Grito is a free celebration of Mexican heritage that commemorates the country's battle cry for independence. El Grito will feature exciting ballet folklorico performances, mariachis, a charro performance, delicious food, a fun games! Don’t forget your lawn chair and dancing shoes!

The MoVal Regional Job Fair is Back!

Looking for a job? Moreno Valley has you covered!


Join us on Thursday, September 19, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for our FREE in-person job fair at the Conference & Recreation Center. Connect with dozens of local employers and take the first step toward your new career! Our job fair will feature raffles, light refreshments, and speed workshops designed to give you a leg up in a crowded job market.

A Labor of Love Pet Adoption Event

Pet of the Week: Ellen

Our Pet of the Week is Ellen, an eight-year-old, black and brown German Shepherd mix.


Ellen is a mature, sweet dog, looking for a loving home and family to share in the next chapter of her life. She loves to shake hands and sit on command, and she's comfortable on a leash and loves to go on walks.
