Tommaso Migliore

CEO & Co-Founder, MDOTM


Tommaso Migliore is the CEO and Co-founder of MDOTM Ltd, the global provider of AI-driven investment solutions for institutional investors. MDOTM Ltd was the only European fintech company selected by Google for Entrepreneurs to take part in its accelerator program in Silicon Valley. Tommaso obtained a master’s degree in Finance from UCSC Milan and a Global Management certificate from Stanford University. He played ice hockey at a professional level for 10 years, representing Hockey Club Milano and the Italian National Team as Captain.


Stefano Quintarelli

Founder, Rialto Ventures


Computer scientist, serial entrepreneur and former professor of information systems, network services and security. Founder of I.NET, the first Italian ISP business and first Italian internet unicorn. He has been Member of Parliament in the XVII legislature and member of the High Level Expert Group on Artificial Intelligence of the European Commission, Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Digital Italy Agency, Chairman of the Advisory Group on Advanced Technologies for Trade and Transport for UN-CEFACT. He is a member of the Leadership Council of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (UNSDSN). He was founder of the Parliamentary Intergroup for Technological Innovation, author of the reform of the Digital Administration Code and creator of the Public Digital Identity System (SPID). He chaired the expert group who authored, for the first time ever, “The information society and the future of digital well being”, a section of “Global happiness and well being policy report”. He sits in the Scientific Committee of Bollati and Boringhieri for which he published "Intangible Capitalism" (Canova Prize for economic divulgation), "Artificial Intelligence", "The Internet torn to pieces". He is a General Partner of the Rialto 1 EuVECA B2B VC Fund.


Lorenzo Tencati

Founder, LTH Group


Lorenzo is a serial entrepreneur and investor currently focused on Artificial Intelligence. He is a Professor at POLIMI Politecnico di Milano in subjects covering Explainable Artificial Intelligence, Corporate Innovation, Venture Capital and Entrepreneurship. He started his career at Bain & Company in Milan and Paris. As an entrepreneur, Lorenzo has been working across Africa and Europe for more than a decade. Lorenzo is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) since 2014, he holds an MBA from the London Business School and a Master's and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering from Politecnico di Milano. Over the years Lorenzo co-founded Intellico.ai, Singular Group and several investment companies focused mostly on technology. Lorenzo sits on the Board of several tech companies.


Clelia Tosi

Head, Fintech District


In Fintech District since 2019, first with the role of Business Development Manager, then Partnerships and Growth Manager, Clelia is now the Head of the team with the aim of fostering innovation in the Italian fintech ecosystem. She has a degree in Management for Enterprise; previously she worked for more than 10 years in the world of Financial Services, first in Accenture and then in research at CeTIF. She firmly believes in Open Innovation as a way to truly transform the industry and grow the country system.


James Shaw

James is a partner in the corporate team and a leading transactional venture capital lawyer, advising entrepreneurs, companies and investors through the funding life-cycle. He was the co-founder of tech law firm JAG Shaw Baker which merged with Withers to create, Withers tech, in 2018, which has now grown to become a global brand supporting the innovation economy.
