Can't find a customer no matter how hard you look?
You've searched high and low, and that customer you are looking for is still elusive.
Do you know there are several ways to find them, such as email?
Still can't find them?
If you only have a small amount of their information, you can do a generic search looking for elements of their ID with logic like "begins with" or "contains." IDs are very sensitive, and if there is something like an extra space in the customer record name or email address, that will act like camouflage and hide them from sight.
Got more than one venue or property? Want to keep their ticket sales and revenue in separate records and bank accounts?
That is a very typical situation in educational facilities with different departments or places like RV resorts.
Each venue or department can have its own Wintix instance. There is no mingling of funds because each one can have separate bank accounts.
