Hale & Field Family Picnic
Thursday, May 18, 5-7:30 p.m.
Hale School Playground
Please join us this Thursday evening, May 18, for our annual Hale & Field Family Picnic Night! Bring your own dinner and a blanket or chairs, and join your friends from Hale & Field for an evening of music, play, community, and fun.
There will be a custom playlist, two inflatable obstacle courses, FREE shaved ice for kids and a FREE spirit wear raffle for each school. We'll have yard signs and spirit wear for purchase featuring the NEW Hale & Field logo, too. Cash and cards accepted, see below). There might even be an appearance from some just-hatched kindergarten ducklings!
We could still use some help with set up and take down on Thursday. Click here to volunteer.
Does your student have a favorite song? We’d love to add it to our playlist. Click here to send us your request.
Questions? E-mail [email protected].

Catch a ride on the Hale Bike Bus
Thursdays, 8:25-8:55 a.m.
There are five more weeks to join the Hale Bike Bus! Join us anywhere along the route, which we have expanded to include more of the Hale community zone. Check out the new route here, and join the new Bike Bus WhatsApp group for updates on our rides each week.
Caretakers should plan on joining the rides with their biker. Each student rider needs a bike, helmet, and a bike lock. Questions? Text Kyle Shelton at 269-547-8993.
Special Bike Bus: Friday, June 9
We will host one more special Bike Bus ride on Friday, June 9, to celebrate the end of the school year. Riders are invited to meet at the Minnehaha Bunny (near Minnehaha Pkwy. & Portland Ave.). We will have donuts to share and then bike together to Hale.
