BASIS is changing its domain name!

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

BASIS employees’ email addresses will transfer.

Both individual employee and Google Group email addresses are included in the transfer, so send your emails to the same addresses @basis.cloud.
Individual employee .com emails will redirect to the .cloud domain email addresses for several months to come.

Licensing is moving from license.basis.com to license.poweredbybbj.com.

The BASIS License Service (BLS) used by all BASIS product versions from 22 onwards already use the new licensing subdomain.
The new BASIS License Managers (BLMs) (for all BASIS product versions prior to 22) using the new subdomain will be released soon.
The license.basis.com subdomain will redirect to license.poweredbybbj.com for several months after the new BLMs become available.

WHAT TO DO IF THERE’S A HICCUP

While, like every software company, we’re absolutely sure that this change will not result in any missteps or hiccups 😉, here’s what to do in the very unlikely event that you can’t reach a basis.cloud web page or email address:

Try using the basis.com equivalent, and
Please, please let us know by dropping an email note to sales@basis.cloud.
