NEXT YEAR'S TRAVELS

2023 was amazing visiting all the national parks in the Pacific Time Zone while mediating and practicing law from my RV. For 2024, I am now planning on visiting the district courthouses and family court judges in all 254 Texas counties! Texas Monthly Magazine, we should talk! November 9-13 I visit my son in the Army in Fairbanks, Alaska! Expecting -10 degree weather!

I now have standard in my MSA template that "The parties agree that any and all audio, photo, and video images involving the parties shall be permanently destroyed within 7 days of the signing of this agreement. Further, that any party that violates this agreement and/or distributes or shares any aspect of such content shall be financially liable for all related damages and legal expenses." Approximately 1 in 3 of my mediations require it.
